WLPS Strategic Plan 2026 - 2031

The Windsor Locks Public Schools Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for the district’s work over the next five years. It outlines our shared priorities, goals, and measures of success as we continue to support student learning, strengthen school culture and climate, and improve the systems and operations that serve our students, staff, families, and community. This plan reflects input from across the district and will guide our decisions, actions, and accountability as we work together to provide meaningful learning experiences and positive outcomes for every student.
