Please refer to the links below for each Spring Sport. If you have any questions, please reach out to the head coach or our Athletic Director, Mr. Howe (rhowe@wlps.org).
For students to be eligible to participate in a Spring Sport, an updated physical (Medical Form) and a completed middle school athletic form (Athletic Form) must be submitted. If you have questions regarding the medical forms, please contact School Nurse, Mrs. Saavedra, at (nsaavedra@wlps.org).
CONCUSSION TESTING
DATES: Thursday 3/5 & Tuesday 3/10
TIME: 2:30-3:10pm
LOCATON: Mr. Howe's Room
PLEASE NOTE: Students must arrange to walk or get a ride home at 3:10.
**ONLY for 6th graders who have not had a concussion test or any new student who did not have one last year**
